Michael Jacob Sapp

Is the guy who robbed my house:

Twice..........

Amazingly enough the Local police will not help us at all.

We have pictures of the "suspects" from some of the stores that they used our checks at, no longer than 15 minutes after robbing our house. The police have not even acknowleged getting the pictures, the security company from the store even forwarded them to the police and they won't even acknowledge getting the pictures from them.

I had 2 file folders on my desk and when we got robbed the 2nd time they went through the folders and took like 3 copies of the pictures with them, and a paper with all the information I had written down about them, and nothing else out of the folders.

The police took fingerprints and after 2 months they still say they have no info regarding the fingerprints.

I even went in to the police station and asked to add the final list of stolen items to the police report and the officer got really belligerent to me and told me that I was being dishonest, etc and I didn't need to add anything to my report because it wouldnt ever be recovered anyway.

The detective assigned to the case won't return our calls.

Our insurance has a very buried paragraph stating that they do not cover "data processing equipment". So we lost like $10-15,000 worth of computer stuff. They also only cover $1000 in jewelry. So we lost a bunch of $ there too.

After the 2nd theft I was walking around our neiborhood early in the morning and I found one of my usb cables hanging off of the steps of a known friend of the "suspect". The police came and they "released" my property back to me. Thanks, can you look in that house for my computers? Nope I'm sorry sir we just can't do that. That would be violating their rights. Ahh, never mind the 3 police raids that have occurred at that house AFTER the 2 robberies. I'll bet ya that the people there are going to read this on my stolen computer(s).

I am totally fed up with the whole process, Police, Insurance, Detectives, everything.

So I am going to post about it.

If you have any information regarding this man, please send me a message.

The thief: Michael Jacob Sapp
Age: 29-30
Race: White/Caucasian (I think)

Wii don't have a problem.

You know, too many people these days have to look at the bad side of things. One of the things I enjoy in life is the new Nintendo Wii entertainment system that I have purchased. I bought mine early in december and I do not have a problem with it. Within 24 hours of making the purchase I had 7 people comment on the dumb people that had either broken bones, TV's or otherwise harmed themselves, the "faulty wrist strap recall etc. I was also told about the following websites.

www.wiihaveaproblem.com

www.wiidamage.com

there is even a ridiculous lawsuit against the big N due to the "faulty wriststraps "causing" them to throw their Wii-motes obcenely hard, and the Nylon (yes Nylon) strap which can support around 100-150lbs of weight to break and slam with the force of a pro-baseball pitcher into your televison set. Did I mention that these people are suing Nintendo for this.

Not to mention the woman that died in California due to water intoxification to try to win a Wii.

Shame that someone died in such a stupid radio stunt.

So today I looked up

www.wiidonthaveaproblem.com

Finally a place that will document the Not so dumb people that do not create a problem or a stereotype for those of us that have a Wii and a brain too.

I love the system and have not yet broken my televison.

And I am opening my own site under

So Stay tuned.

Funny things you find out about yourself.

During the christmas holiday I had a great time with both family and friends. My wife and I were able to attend a christmas party with some good friends of ours. There were no kids there, as all parents had babysitters at home. During the course of the evening we played a game that helps us all get to know each other. In the game we each wrote down something about ourselves. I wrote down "I moved to Kansas City to work as a janitor". We proceeded to exchange papers and go around the room and read what people had written down. Every time someone read something remotely off the wall everyone looked at me. "oh that was Darin" and I just had to reply, Yes that does sound like something I would do but No it wasn't me. I think I got accused of doiing wild and crazy things like 6 times or so. One time it was even the mild mannered J**** S***** a good friend of ours. It was pretty hilarious. I just sat there thinking to myself, wow you go girl, That was awesome.

SO to sum up. I found out that people think I am a generally nutty person.

Que Sera Sera....

Been a long time.

Well it has been a long time since I published my last post. I will try to be more diligent in this. It kind of serves to give me a journalistic outlet.

Stay tuned.
