White boys can...No wait they can't

Today My Very White son Tristram came home with a really funny letter.

GANG AWARENESS FOR PARENTS:

1. What are the prevalent latino gangs in Kansas City, KS?
2. Learn how to recognize warning signs that your child is involved in a gang.
3. Know how to get help for you and your child if he/she is involved in a Latino gang.

All workshops are in spanish.

Hmm so is my son Tristram really at that much of a risk to be in a latino gang. Probably not.

A really bad deal.

Today I saw the crappiest thing on the news.

Bank of America is now going to offer a credit card to people that do not have a social security number. So how does credit play a factor in that?
If these people have no need to be subjected to the retarded US credit system why do we?
What is going to keep that person from switching identies again and leaving the bank holding the bag?
Will I have to somehow pay for this as a legal citizen and business owner that pays well over my share of taxes when the bank declares it as a loss?

Why do people that break the laws get special treatment?

So if I went into BOA, refused to give a social security number and opened an account under a false name and false ID would I be prosecuted for this?

Absolutely.

So what's the difference?

Please someone educate me.

Legal status.

I recently was summoned for Jury Duty. It is the second time I have been summoned in 2 months. The 1st time my group was not needed so I did not need to report. This time I was needed, so I reported to the Wyandotte courthouse for said duty. I waited in line just like everyone else, filled out my survey, and waited some more. While waiting I did a headcount. There were 250 people summoned with me for jury duty. One element of this bothered me. As I sat there performing my headcount I had to do a double take. Out of the 250 people I could make out 4 latinos. Everyone else was either very white or very black.

Yes 4.

The demographic of My son's school is 77% latino. Put that into perspective and that would be 192.5 latino's out of 250. Not 4.

Is something wrong here?

I think so.
